J Russian River Pinot Gris 2006

The 2006 J Pinot Gris leads with tropical fruit aromas of pineapple, mango, and guava blended with delicate notes of honeysuckle, pear, and Fuji apple. On the palate, flavors echo the nose, exploding with bright and juicy tangerine, pear, and apple flavors that carry on to a crisp and tangy finish. Its opulent texture and balanced acidity make this Pinot Gris an ideal wine to pair with a varity of foods.

Deerfield Ranch Winery Red Rex 2004

This is one of many small production wines made by Robert and PJ Rex. These beautiful wines are handcrafted and organic. The "clean wine" method of production is closley watched by the Rexs'. The Red Rex is the result of blending 7 grapes together. Merlot for richness, Malbec and Petite Verdot for fruit, Syrah for boldness, as well as Cabernst, Sangiovese and Cab Franc. This red is velvety in the mouth and offers a long, satifying finish. Only 2100 cases produced.

In addition to the Red Rex, we have a very limited supply of the Old Vine Zinfandel. This Zin is amazing! Complex on the nose and palate; blackberries, ripe cherries, blueberries, chocolate, tobacco, licorice and oak. It is intense, long and lingering. Only 358 cases produced. I now have 5 bottles left, so do not wait on this!

The Bull and the Bear Bear Shiaz Cabernet 2005

A classic Australian blend in which the jucy Shriaz component fill the mid palate and the Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure, savory tannina and grip. This wine needs time to strut its stuff.
